The National Citizen Service (NCS) is a government initiative giving young people the valuable chance to learn new skills, expand their social horizons and get involved in their communities.
We are a market leading provider for Phase 1 of the NCS scheme which we run across 5 sites in the UK. We provide a high-quality, fun, challenging and developmental programme for all visitors.
We actively deliver and support the 6 key principles of the NCS scheme: social mixing, challenge, increased responsibility and independence, reflection, social action and inspiration.

The NCS ethos is fully embedded in every element of our delivery; from the wide range of activities we offer and our professional staff through to the sourcing of local produce for freshly prepared meals.
We provide an exceptional residential experience, making sure young people have the right tools and equal opportunity to develop personally and socially.
Each young person is actively encouraged to get involved with every activity and all aspects of camp life. Our professional staff are trained to deliver to your aims and objectives and to ensure that everyone gets the most they can out of their NCS experience.
